Craniosacral Therapy 1 (CS1) is the first and basic level of craniosacral therapy education. In this seminar, you master gentle techniques for normalizing the craniosacral system and enabling the body to self-correct. Learn how to uncover the source of illness, pain and dysfunction and how to naturally help eliminate stress and strengthen resistance to disease.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR CS1 EDUCATION?
Before participating in the education, you need to go through 3 craniosacral therapies, in order to have an insight into the way the treatment works and feel its benefits on your own body.
After completing the CS1 training, you need to attend 4 one-day exercises (workshops) that are held once a month. Before moving on to the next level, you take a short exam which consists of a test and a practical part and which is a condition for the next level of education.
After completing the first level of education, we recommend that you start working with patients immediately. In this way, you will progress faster in work and record experiences and changes in the patient, which is necessary for the exam you take before the next level of education.

– palpation (touch): superficial, deep, active-passive
– three types of rhythm: cardiac, respiratory, cranial + flexion and extension
